6. Returns and refunds (summary)
You may request a return within 30 days from delivery. Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days, and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank. No restocking fee applies. Original shipping is refunded only when we are at fault.
